Subscription & cancellation policy

LoveBloom Premium is billed at $19.99 USD monthly or $149 USD annually. An optional 7-day trial may be offered when enabled by the administrator.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. Prices in effect at renewal apply, and we notify members before any price change.

You can cancel at any time from Account → Billing, which opens the secure Stripe customer portal. Access to premium content continues until the end of the paid period.

If a payment fails, premium access pauses and we retry according to our payment provider's schedule. Updating your card restores access immediately.

Because content is delivered digitally and immediately, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Contact us if you believe you were charged in error.
