Privacy policy

Account details (name, email), onboarding answers, learning progress, saved items, journal entries, check-ins, questions you submit, and billing status from our payment provider. We do not sell personal data.

Journal entries, weekly check-ins and Ask Coach Dany submissions are private to your account. A submission is only published — always anonymously — when you explicitly allow it. Your real name is never attached without your consent.

Data is stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level security so members can only read and write their own records. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and never touch LoveBloom servers.

You can request a copy of your data or delete your account from Account settings. Deletion removes your profile, private entries and progress. Billing records may be retained where legally required.
